In the dark long nights in the UK a year ago, I became increasingly worried about having my children walk along the roadside and being totally invisible to passing cars… And so began a year long journey of creating clothing for children to wear that will solve the issue.
It’s been a steep learning curve, for a mother of 2, with no previous experience in the clothing industry or online marketing and sales channels. There has been more than one occasion where I started questioning my sanity and my ability to do this!
But now I’m here, a year later, with coats that glow! They literally reflect any light shined onto them. In the daytime they are unobtrusive, with just a hint of reflective, and by dark my little delights (terrors) are glowing brightly each and every time we step outdoors to walk anywhere along the road. And my little mummy heart relaxes somewhat knowing they are far more visible to my eye and therefore the passing car drivers.
